Dear Robla Staff and Families,
I’m delighted to wish you and your loved ones a happy and safe Spring Break! School activities will be on pause for the next two weeks, but I wanted to share an update on a few things happening in our district.
Facility work is ongoing, with final touches being applied to the new Preschool building. Play structures are being installed at Taylor and Glenwood, and the one at Bell Ave will be added shortly. We’ve submitted applications for all five schools for the California Community Schools Partnership Program and expect to hear back by May 31, 2025, regarding whether we’ve been awarded the grant.
Details about our summer program will be shared after Spring Break. I’d love to hear your thoughts on our after-school programs. Please take a moment to complete this brief survey so I can better understand how we can best support the needs of our students and families. Survey Link
In my second year serving as your superintendent, I continue to be amazed by how special Robla is and feel truly privileged to serve all of you. As I reflect on the progress we've made this school year, I want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude and admiration for all of your hard work. Our students are not just learning, but thriving—exploring their passions, developing leadership, teamwork, and communication skills, all while having fun! This progress is a direct reflection of the dedication and hard work of our teachers and staff and the partnership with our families in cultivating these seeds of knowledge.
As we enter this final stretch of the school year, let us continue to support one another, celebrate our students’ achievements, and remain focused on the journey ahead. With your continued partnership and dedication, I am confident that we will finish the academic year strong. Whether you're traveling or staying local, I encourage you to take some time to relax and enjoy activities that bring you joy and happiness.
Thank you for all that you do, and have a fantastic Spring Break! I look forward to welcoming everyone back to the district on Monday, April 14th.
Warm regards,
